The Event Photography Process
My process is simple and transparent to give you full confidence during the entire project.
1. Alignment Call
⚆ We will hop on a call or chat to discuss the specifics of your shoot. During this time, you can share your vision for your event and the aspects you need me to focus on.
⚆ I'm happy to provide suggestions on unique and creative shots we can incorporate.
⚆ Of course, we can stay in touch before your event day.
2. Event Day
⚆ I will arrive at the venue at least 45 mins before your event starts to set up my kit and do an initial survey for my shots.
⚆ This would also be an awesome time to meet in person.
⚆ Once your event starts, I will take candid photos of the program and people, focusing on your requested aspects.
⚆ We can also do awesome posed solo or group photos if you wish.
3. Sending of Initial Photos
⚆ I will contact you within 24 hours to deliver your initial 20 photos. These would be perfect for your social media posts or email campaigns while the memory of the event is still fresh.
⚆ The initial images will also serve as your reference to my photo retouching treatment.
4. Final Delivery
Now, the moment you have been waiting for -- receiving your awesome event photos!
⚆ At this point, I will send you a link to your beautiful private gallery where you can download the final images for you to enjoy and share.
