Yes. Bring us your event plans and what you want the content to do. We’ll help clarify the coverage, key moments and deliverables, then agree a plan together.
Do you offer photography and video together?
Yes. Chino Vantage Media provides corporate event photography and videography as individual services or coordinated coverage from one team. We’ll recommend the team size for your schedule and locations.
What kinds of events do you cover?
We cover conferences, summits, awards evenings, brand events and corporate celebrations. Coverage can include guest interactions, speakers, interviews, highlight films and event photography.
How quickly will we receive our content?
We agree the delivery schedule before booking. Standard photo galleries are delivered in 5 business days for half-day coverage or 7 for a full day. Standard event recap films take 7–10 business days. All photo packages include up to 20 edited highlights by the next business day. Rush delivery is available as an optional add-on.
Can you film and photograph outside London?
Yes. We’re based in London and cover events across the UK. Share your event location so we can include travel and any other requirements in your proposal.
How much does event coverage cost?
The price depends on coverage time, crew size and the content you need. Send us your date, venue and priorities and we’ll put together a tailored proposal with the scope and delivery schedule clearly explained.
Can we work together across several events?
Yes. We can discuss an ongoing arrangement for a series of events or your annual calendar. We’ll shape the coverage and content around your organisation’s needs.
